The
John Wyer Cup- A two hour enduro, split between Saturday & Sunday.
For '58 through '80 race cars and '68 through '72 production cars.
Classes with sample cars: W1-W3 slicks.
- W1: Can-Am '66 to '75, non turbo, over 2 liters.
- W2: FIA WorLd Manufacturers Championship cars and Prototypes '65 to
'80 under 3 liters.
- W3: FIA World Manufacturers Championship cars and Prototypes '65 to
'80 over 3 liters.
- W4: IMSA GT ,GTX, Trans-Am cars to '80, above 2 liters.
- W5: IMSA, Trans-Am cars below 2 liters, to '80.
- W6: Production based sports cam, '65 to '72.
- W7: FIA World Manufacturers Championship cars and Prototypes '65 to
'80 under 3 liters treaded tires
The Briggs Cunningham Cup- A two hour enduro, split between
Saturday and Sunday. For race cars and production cars through '65
running on treaded tires.
- Cl: Sports Racing. Over 2 liters. Rear Engined
- C2: Sports Racing. 1.6 to 2 Liters. Rear Engined:
- C3: Sports Racing. Rear Engined. Up to 1.6 titers
- C4: Sports Racing. Front Engined. Over 2 Liters
- C5: Sports Racing. Front Engined. 1.3 to 2.0 liters.
- C6: Sports Racing. Front Engined. Under 1.3 liters.
- C7: Production based. Over 3 liters.
- C8: Production based. 2 to 3 liters.
- C9: Production based. 1.3 to 2 liters.
The Marlboro Cup- A 1 hour enduro for production cars through
1972, 1.3 liters to 2.0 liters.
LoLa Cars Cup- A 1 hour enduro for pre '59 sports racing and
pre '67 production based racing cars under 1.3 liters.
The Eifel Trophy – All pre 1977 Porsches.
The Phil Hill Cup- For single seat racing cars built through
'72 conforming to Monoposto Racing rules. Other cars accepted with
the Race Directors permission.
The Bobby Rahal Trophy- For single seat racing cars with wings
and slicks conforming to Formula 70 rules. Other cars accepted with
the Race Directors permission.

your car.

In the Wyer Cup and Cunningham Cup two pant enduros, there will be
one pit stop of five minutes duration in each part.
In the Marlboro Cup and Lola Cars Cup there will be one 5 minute pit
stop. It is recommended that at least two drivers be used in each
part of the enduros.
At least one 5 lb or two 2.5lb extinguishers must be available during
the pit stops.

Winners of the two part enduros will be determined by the sum of the
laps completed in Part 1 and Part 2.
A permanent trophy will be awarded to the overall winner of the John
Wyer Cup, the Briggs Cunningham Cup, The Marlboro Cup, the Lola Cars
Cup, the Eifel Trophy, and the Phil Hill Cup. The winners name will
be engraved on the permanent trophy(s) and kept in the Bill Scott
Racing offices, driver(s) will receive a replica to keep. In all races,
awards will be made to the first three finishers in each class. Awards
may be collected after your race from Joni Herwig at the school building,
or at the Awards ceremonies after the end of racing on Sunday.
Note: Please try to collect your Award as above, as they will
not be sent out afterwards.

Do not remain at the pit barrier after signaling your car - we have
had too many instances of people remaining there throughout a race,
and in some cases leaning against the barrier with their backs to
the cars. There is danger of a car losing control out of the final
turn and coming back into the pit barrier. |
